I have always been so grateful for the care and attention which this Veterinary Surgery has given to my pets. Not only do they spring into action when I raise a concern, but very often, they are pro-active and send me reminders about things. It is so comforting to know I can pick up the phone if there is a behavioural issue also. They are professional, but warm and compassionate too. My feelings as a concerned owner are always acknowledged and never treated as 'yet another question.' Five stars just aren't enough!

New Era have been absolutely stunning with all of our pets. I don't know what we would have done without them - from helping us transition to less medicine for our dog's chronic eyes to detecting a heart murmur in one of our cats early enough to medicate and to an emergency bladder stone surgery for our other cat. I trust them wholeheartedly with our babies - not only are they wonderful to the animals but also to us :) so happy to have found them. And a special shoutout to Ben and Carey for helping us through with Remy 😍

Been with this surgery for years. No grumbles. Experience really depends on the veterinarian, many of which I find to be brilliant. Edit Dec 2020: Left surgery after a series of negative experiences. I feel this surgery has gotten too big and impersonal. I could never see the same vet twice, so difficult to have continuity of care, which I need for myself and my animals.

Fantastic staff, they make my two cats feel safe and my dog when we visit. The receptionist are fab making fuss of all the animals. They are very great with advise on all areas. Highly recommend
