Do not register your pets here. They do not do the right tests for your pet’s problems whatsoever. Our 8 year old staffy has had ear problems for MONTHS if not longer. When we went to get it checked there through steroids and a £287 bill at us, it made it go away temporarily but it came back MUCH worse than before. We transferred our dog to Clifton Lodge and they actually took whatever fluid was coming out of my dog’s ear and showed us what it was and it turned he had a severe yeast infection in his ear.He started his treatment today and he’s already going back to his happy and energetic self, before that he was in so much pain he didn’t even greet us at the door anymore. I blame this place for this and i genuinely can’t understand how you can work with pets and treat them so poorly!

Was visiting friends in hartlepool today and had to take 1 of my dogs to vets for pet s and I got excellent service from all the staff and my dog bonzo loved meeting the staff thank you for such excellent service

Now left this practice after unsatisfactory customer service and inaccurate quotes for treatment for our cat. Receptionists are rude and dismissive apart from one, Annmarie. Put our cat through unnecessary trauma by over sedating and charging extortionate rates for treatment and blood tests. It’s just a money making racket preying on owners vulnerability of their love for their pets. Was misquoted several times for blood tests and cat traumatised from their incompetence of taking the bloods. Practice manager needs to get a personality check and go on a course designed in customer service she is downright rude and obnoxious and doesn’t represent a good impression of the practice. Needs an overhaul of staff and stop Exploiting their CUSTOMERS.

Called as my dog had all symptoms of bloat. Was given an appointment in over 2 hours time. Dog passed away waiting for that appointment. The practice took no responsibility for this and said it was triaged correctly. Bloat is ALWAYS an emergency, anyone who can Google knows that. Have lost all trust in this practice.

Received excellent care for our dog who unfortunately had to be put to sleep. We saw Kate, Wendy and Bianca over the last few weeks and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for treating Millie so well right up to the very end.
