They are very caring and provide good advice Out dog who required to go to under anesthetic twice in the past 8 months. Both times she was given enough to do the treatment then enabling her to came out of it really quickly and well. I guess what I'm trying to say is, they don't overdo it with the anesthetic, this is brilliant considering our JRT is coming up 16. They look after her. 👍

Very impressed with Capontree at Brampton. We were on holiday with our labs, and one needed to see a vet, she was seen the same day and treated with such care and attention. Capontree was recommended to us, and we would definately recommend them too!

I can't recommend Capontree vets highly enough. They all clearly care so much for the animals they look after. Dan in particular has been amazing with advice on treating my rescue Collie's arthritis. Our other rescue Colllie went in for his dental and they were so caring and kept me updated and even rang the day after (a Saturday) to check on him. They are all such lovely people and we feel so lucky to have them as our vet practice.

Had animals all my life here and abroad and I have to say Capontree ranks amongst the best. Just to see how my very difficult gsd was treated today, with professionalism and sensitivity was amazingly heartwarming. Big shout out to Dan for his patience and knowledge and a big thank you to Jill and all the staff. Rhum is recovering well on the sofa! UPDATE: had a call next day from Emily who called to see how Rhum was getting on. In 40 years of dealing with vets that only ever happened when I lived next door to my Spanish vet! Was so touched by this. Capontree really deserve a shout. Excellent service.

Very disappointed with improperly done microchip for our 6 months cat: they did not put it between shoulder blades as is recommended, but much lower down the cat’s back. A week after microchipping the microchip place is inflamed, with skin and hair loss. The unnamed vet (no one wears badges at Capontree Vets Brampton, so you have no idea their status or name) told me ‘it’s ok’ (but it is not ok and not typical). The vet felt the sore, skinless, wet, red patch needlessly again and again….with her bare (no gloves) fingers. Cats are ‘stoics’ I was told… (4.02.22 at 2:00pm) And the Capontree Vets want to charge us again now for this ‘consultation’ - we are in fact paying for their unprofessionalism. Nevertheless to say a trauma for the poor animal. Also their uncaring and cruel attitude to cats’ pain relief - despite they know cats hide when they are in pain. I needed to ask for pain relief to be prescribed for the following days after spaying. Their vets didn’t offer it, nor did they offer the routine, simple and clear Glasgow Scale Cats for owners how to evaluate pain relief. Both our female cats (according to the Glasgow Scale which I downloaded from the internet) experienced significant pain, while being silent as all cats tend to be when in pain. Really regret going to Capontree Vets Brampton.
