Millcroft Egremont is always a pleasure! The woman on the reception desk is so lovely and friendly! The vet we seen today was very professional and very friendly as well. Would recommend Millcroft to anyone.

We visited Egremont Surgery today for a repeat Anti Allergy injection and met the new vet Emma. What a great addition to the practice. Professional, approachable and friendly. Whilst we were there, we mentioned our concern about Blue's very long nails. It's impossible to even touch his feet! Thought he'd need putting to sleep but, Emma got it done with more than a little food distraction. Job done. Thank you 😊

Best vets around. My Dog loves coming to the vets and seeing everyone, always happy to go (which is not normal for a dog) staff are brilliant and so friendly. Explains everything well and actually has time to speak to you.

I walk in to milcroft and it feels like im friends with all the staff they always remember who I am and always look forward to seeing miles . The the staff here are amazing with the pets bought in and always treat the owners and pets with dignity and respect. Even before I got miles and I had my beautiful border collie jess . She got very poorly with her back legs and as much as we wanted her to get better she didn't and a lovely vet came and helped us put our jess to peace . It was the hardest thing but the vet was very respectful of our home and was very kind towards us all supporting us through this time . I'll never forget that lady and that morning jess chose a angel card for that lady and I gave it to her . She was the hero in this journey and I hope one day she will get to meet miles . I will always go to millcrofts I have trust and faith in everything they do . Thankyou millcroft staff I highly recommend this vetenary surgery
