Great physiotherapy service from the Team whilst we were travelling in the north with our pooch. Will definitely use again whilst in the Lakes.

Great vets! Squeezed my dog into day after he split a claw. Hes not an easy dog when it comes to his feet, he went ballistic and the team handled him so well! Took really great care of him and sorted him out very quick. Very grateful!

Writing this review after years of custom! Like most owners sometimes we have to get repeat medications and to expect that to be every month for chronic conditions is not reasonable! The Royal Society stated it’s up to individual vets but most understand with certain chronic conditions customers need at least 3 month supply ( which is normal for meds that are not opioids etc) Having to go back and take your dog to be checked every month is just not fair and expensive I want to support this vet by buying meds from them but I’m forced to get them online as it’s cheaper and less hassle I’d be happier to go back to them every 3 months and pay their consultation also more for the meds , but I’m told their policy is every month!!! So be it ? I’ll get it online

Since changing vets a couple of years ago I can honestly say it is the best thing we did. The vets are very thorough, explaining everything in detail, the premises are modern and the prices are fair. They are particularly good at managing our anxious dog and making him feel safe.
