Vets v good, but practice bought out, owned remotely, sure to push prices up. Software won't allow appointment with named vet. Unhappy about these changes. Been 20yrs with same vets.

A routine annual inspection and booster Jabs, was ably accomplished by the vet. Attention to detail comes to mind. A lovely manner with expertise ousing out of every move. A joy to behold, knowing our dogs, Mitzy and Mylo, are fully taken care of. The dogs were quite at home. Thank you Westmorland Veterinary. 5 star.

We weren't registered with any vets so when our beloved Jack of 15 years passed away we got in touch with Westmorland after my neighbour recommended them. The service which we received was fantastic, the care and empathy was second to none. We cannot thank you enough for what was such a sad time for our family. Thank you xxx

For sheer understanding and care these vets went that extra mile for us and Teddy. We decided to extend our stay in the area to avoid the heatwave at home due to one of the humans having poor health but in doing so we would run out of a particular medication for Teddy our Shar Pei. Rang Chloe at Westmoreland who then rang our vets (Lime Tree Vets of Stoke on Trent who are equally brilliant) and voila were called back to say medication was ready to collect. It's not always just about the vets and their skills it's as much about how the ethos of care permeates a practice, as it does here. Chloe you are a super star and thank you also the young lady from whom I collected the medication from, we can now relax. It goes without saying you have a fan in Teddy who sends his pic to remember him by
