Rebecca was really excellent. We arrived in a bit of a heap with our very unwell dog. It wasn’t the outcome we wanted but it was the outcome we expected. She was calm, clear and such a help that day, helping us to make a decision. She’s an asset to the company. Thank you.

Excellent service in every way......from beginning to end I was treated with kindness, respect, professionalism and a friendly face.....everything was explained and I felt heard and listened to during a very distressing time. My little dog had a lens luxate and was in a lot of pain, we had to make some difficult decisions, but I felt supported during the whole process. I would recommend Veterinary Vision wholeheartedly for an excellent service.

An excellent Vet practice that specialises in issues with dogs eyes. They have helped up with our 13 year old lab when he developed ulcers on both his eyes. Can’t thank or recommend enough.

Our beautiful English springer spaniel Hamish has been a patient of Richard’s at veterinary vision since he was 12 weeks old and diagnosed with multiple ocular defects. Hamish will be 4 on the 1st December, due to his condition, his left eye needed to be removed at 5 months, the skills and knowledge of Richard and the veterinary vision team are second to none, as is the care, compassion and kindness they have shown to Hamish and ourselves at every single contact. Hamish’s most recent surgery was last week, where Richard operated on Hamish’s remaining eye to remove a cataract that had left him none visual and fit a prosthetic lens. Hamish is in the early stages of recovery but we are confident he has some vision restored and hopefully this will improve as the days go on. We are due in for a review with Richard in 4 days and I know we will be greeted with the same outstanding service we always are, from the whole team. I hope the whole veterinary vision team are extremely proud of the work they do. I’ve attached some photos of Hamish’s journey so far … the most recent is him currently with his cone on and his eye is brown again after the successful removal of his cataract … Thank you Richard and the veterinary vision team
