I have used this vet for years with several pets, they are amazing; friendly and professional. They care about the welfare of your animal and do their very best to keep them healthy. They explain treatment options and costs clearly. They do instant appointments in emergency situations. When the worst scenario happens, they are caring, understanding and very supportive. I highly recommend using this vet, they are the best in Burton.

This vets always look after my two dogs

Cancelled appointment for dogs vaccination booster and kennel cough an hour before the appointmenton, on a Thursday morning, saying the vet was ill. I had 17 days before the dog was due to go into kennels (require 14 days after vaccinations before would accept her) and the best they said that they could do to re-arrange was 4 days later on the Monday. Re-arranging for the Monday would mean having to change when the dog went into kennels and the knock-on effect of the holiday, travel to airport, flights, hotels etc, honestly initially thought that I was going to have to stay at home with the dog! Their response, if the Monday was no good all they could say was I could take her someplace else! No effort to assist to find someplace, just sort it yourself! Only one vet there so couldn't see a different one..... Phoned around, very difficult to find a vet that you're not registered at to get an appointment that or the next day! Completely hung out to dry and left to fend for myself!

Brilliant vets been using these since we had our dog back in 2011. Really friendly and can always get an appointment pretty quick. Went yesterday for my dogs boosters and noticed the pet plan so I signed up saved a fortune. I would well recommended
