I would not recommend this practice. We have decided to go to a different practice. We feel like our cat not getting the treatment she needs. First time our cat not even been checked or touched because she was catty apparently, but they charged full price for the visit. Just time wasting. Overpriced. Parking always full need to park elsewhere with pet it's not ideal. Also first that they talking about it's money, how much another visit will cost us, Felt like they don't care about our pet health. Unfortunately this is our experience. Only been with them for a month fortunately.

Transferred to Medivet after having various negative experiences with my previous vet. Since coming here vets have been nothing but caring and attentive with my boy from operations, to vaccinations and general check ups. When I was struggling to give my cat flea and worming treatment as he is apparently part owl and would manage to lick it off every time the receptionist advised we could arrange a date and time to bring him in for them to do it. The nurses, receptionists and surgeon here are so fantastic, patient and caring whenever we visit and you can tell they clearly care about all animals who attend their practise which is lovely to see and they are always happy to answer any questions you have or give tips and recommendations! Thankyou for all you do! Esther 😀 and Barry 🐈⬛

This vet does not care about your pet only about money. We were with Medivet in Coventry previously but due to moving we joined this Medivet as we had good experience with them, However this Medivet in burton is a far cry to our previous Medivet clinic. First time we took our cat in as she was sneezing a lot and coughing and we brought her in to be looked at, however she was not looked at because she was too catty and advised it might be stress, yet still charged us for it! which we was refunded as we decided to join reluctantly, weeks later our cat is now struggling to urinate and we took her in which she was examined very quickly and was immediately decided she had cystitis due to stress and an inflamed stomach, I was in the vet no less than 10 minutes and this was after my cat played up a bit, few days later after some cheap medication which you can buy for £5 but we was charged £30 for this on top of the £44 consultation fee and there is no change in her but the vet is saying if we want her seen to again its going to be £500 to investigate. Even when we called the out of hours they are no help and only talk about money, no help whatsoever. Medivet Burton should not be labelled as high quality care. Our Coventry branch we was with would advise us on anything and even recommend things that needed to be done, the Burton branch however don't and just do everything to get you back out the door as soon as possible, would not recommend.

I came here with my bunny for the first time after moving from a vets in stapenhill that I was NOT impressed with but they were so lovely here and I can tell the staff here really do care for the animals and not just the money. It was also really easy to book the appointment and the person on the desk was so helpful with me setting up the monthly plan .

We took our puppy here for her vaccinations and had a great experience! The staff were friendly, caring, and explained everything clearly. The vets were gentle, and our puppy stayed calm the whole time. The clinic was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
