100% recommend Vets at Bretby. Took my Staffy in for an eye ulcer treatment, and she was incredibly well looked after. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There is also a handy pet cafe next door too!

Our two new puppies have been looked after really well by Kieran and his team. They have not got off to a good start but thanks to them they’re on a full road to recovery. ❤️‍🩹 cannot highly recommend them enough.

I took my daughter’s cat to Vets at Bretby to get her vaccinated and microchipped, and we were so impressed with the care we received. The team were incredibly kind. Not just to the cat, but to my daughter as well, making the whole experience calm and positive. It’s such a lovely place, and we felt really well looked after.

I can’t recommend Vets at Bretby enough. My furry baby, Portia, has a skin condition and Kieran, the head vet, has been absolutely brilliant. He really knows the breed and explained everything clearly. The tablets he prescribed has made such a difference and is keeping it under control. I’ve had some not-so-great experiences with other vets in the past, but these guys are fantastic. Genuinely caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The clinic is conveniently located inside a garden center, which made the visit surprisingly pleasant—and parking is free and easy, which is a huge plus! Before the surgery, the clinic offered a free pre-operative check to ensure both dogs were suitable candidates. The vet and nurses were incredibly attentive and gentle throughout the process, and both surgeries went smoothly. After the operation, there were two follow-up appointments included, which gave me great peace of mind. One of my dogs experienced some discomfort post-surgery, and the vet immediately arranged a consultation. The diagnosis was free of charge—only the medication was billed. I truly appreciated their professionalism and warm-hearted approach. During the post-op checkups, the nurse was meticulous and caring, examining every detail to make sure both dogs were recovering well. My dogs felt comfortable and safe in this environment, which speaks volumes about the clinic’s atmosphere and staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate care. It’s one of the best I’ve encountered—and the free parking makes visits even easier!
