We have been with Charlesworth vets since 2002 and have never had a problem. They are professional , well staffed and appointments are generally prompt. We would highly recommend it.

My dog was diagnosed with Campylobacter bacteria and was given medication for a week. Unfortunately this didnt clear up, so I took her back for another check up and medication this was on a Thursday. It now Monday and they said the medication is not with them as their supplier as let them down, and it will be with them on Wednesday. So my dog as to wait for nearly a week for medication. This is unacceptable and they should start reviewing their suppliers ( if that was the case )

Went sunday morning with a very distressed poorly dog ..unfortunatly he had to be put to sleep ..very compassionate nurses & vet who were very kind & understanding...i do think that all vets out of hours consultation far too much money @ £300 + before any treatment or medication ..our dog had to come twice in under a week for emergency & it was 2 appointments charging over £ 600 before any thing else ...

This is an excellent place to bring your beloved pet. They have saved our dogs life after a poisoning scare. Successfully treated him for cancer and have administered pain relief for arthritis. Our dogs quality of life has been greatly improved through working with this vetinary practice and especially one of the vets at the practice Maia.
