All my cats are treated here, I would never take them anywhere else. The empathy and compassion they show is so lovely especially when 1 passes. I highly recommend this Vet ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5 starts just isn't enough for this practice and all the amazing staff! I have had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting the vets more often than most and so I can honestly say that every single member of the team has shown me and my two dogs kindness, care, compassion, and for the doggos, hugs and kisses. When I've had to leave my pet there for a procedure, I am not concerned as I know all the staff will make sure to check in on them as the day progresses. I am not a lone case, they do this for every animal they care for! All the staff do an incredible job, they make sure everything is explained and understood, patent, and honest. I am so grateful for amount of times I've been able to just speak to them and get a human, honest answer. I would never consider using another practice, I trust these people to not only care for my pets but to advocate for them as well! Thank you for all you do! Love Scar & Storm (plus their humans)

This vets is incredibly Frustrating there are two lovely Vets that work there - However, across the board, the experience we had with them was terrible. It didn't help Having to sit in the waiting room hearing one of their 'Suppliers' Salesman basically and Reality to they are just a money making machine, With a couple of caring veterinary practitioners . We had one situation where they decided my cat May have a urinary tract infection so told me I had to go and pick up some plastic pebbles and basically a bottle Of general Animal ibuprofen . I paid £40 collected a wee sample and dropped it off The next morning We heard nothing, Now we were waiting to have her Spayed, so we needed to know the results. A week later, still nothing So after a good 10 Days we rang in and it was very obvious that nobody was looking at any test results. They simply said is she okay now?. I said well, I had no idea she wasn't okay, but yeah, she's well in herself They said oh well, the medicine we gave you must've brought the swelling down bring her back in and we made a date. We got sent a bill for around £60 for the urine test. Now let's go back, they Were wrong in there Initial Guesswork They never got back to us with any results we've never seen any They never confirmed whether she had or didn't have one we answered that We paid the money, But that then became a very Common theme. And I started talking to some coworker and 100s of pounds that they had given to this Vets in situations where after the Animal passed They're still hounding them for the bills. I've moved now to a wonderful Vets Who can truly tell from the staff on the reception to the two Vets I've dealt with that they're there for all the right reasons. Pricewise theyre fair I've never had to sit in the waiting room while the vet and the staff are gossiping and giggling five or 10 minutes into my appointment. And then of course I was up sold their free treatment which was far better than the one that's recommended by nearly every of the Vets I've ever dealt with. It is a shame because there are too lovely women that work there But there's also Definitely a need for them to be checked on their pricing, On their requests for tests, And talking to One specific friend They melt hundreds and hundreds of pounds out of her dying dog knowing she would pay every penny so It's very easy to be blinded Into spending whatever is asked of you - but especially at this vets - I would check on some forums if all the work is actually needed to be done .

The vet genuinely cared and explained carefully and was very knowledgeable. He was a lovely friendly vet who took time to talk to me in detail. The receptionist made my appointment for the next day and was really friendly and very helpful. I love this vets practice they are the only people I take my cats to see because I know I will not be overcharged, the vets, nurses and all staff look after my cats as if they were their own. I have used this practice with all of my cats for various different reasons from neutering, euthanasia, and flea treatments ect. I never have to wait and they are the best !
