Lovely staff,great service

Was privileged to be looked after by an amazing vet Eion and vet nurse Emma today when I had to take my elderly dog to be euthanased. They were so kind and compassionate. They made a very sad occasion more bearable. Thank you

The vet and receptionist today were absolutely lovely. Receptionist was very kind and addressed me and my dog as we entered, and the vet was the best kind of person for the job. Don't think my dog even minded his vaccines being given. He seemed upset to leave! 10/10

Took the cat, cat got his treatment for a reoccurring ailment. All pleasant and sorted. Many thanks to the receptionist with the crazy coloured hair and the vet from North Lancashire.

An outstanding,empathic,kind vets practice. My bunny was cared for compassionately. The human touch, when I had to get him put to sleep, as well as beforehand, continuously, especially from the lady vet who dealt with us went above and beyond ordinary kindness. Thank you all.
