Realistic conversation with animal centered care at different budget point. It's a pity that can't be said for more vets really.

Only had to go for puppies first jabs so far but very welcoming and professional.

This has been our vet for many years. My furbabies are well looked after and they don't seem to be overly anxious going to the clinic. All staff are lovely, but 5 stars go to Heidi. The only negative is that during my last visit I felt I was talked to in a slightly condescending way. As a wheelchair user I am more alert to this.

Amazing Chapel en Le Frith surgery . Receptionists , nurses and vets have always been there for both our dogs and ourselves. We have personally always had confidence in them , they've never overcharged us and the welfare of our greyhounds always came first along with kindness and care .
