A massive thank you to the team yesterday at Vets for Pets Forest town in Mansfield. Our greyhound Sid had cut his leg and we thought he might of cut a main artery as it was so bad. We rushed him straight to the vets and the team saw to him straight away, luckily he was absolutely fine! Just a cut so they bandaged him up. My poor mum was shaking and was really distressed as she thought it wasn’t good news and the lovely receptionist’s Sam and another young lady (I’m sorry we didn’t get your name!) They were so lovely and attentive, Sam sat my mum down and made her a cup of tea and gave her a massive hug and was reassuring her. Sid is now home resting up and having even more TLC than normal, he’s loving life being pampered and has had scrambled egg and toast this morning for his breakfast! 😂 Thank you so much! Had my male rabbit neutered yesterday, but I used Vets4Pets 10+ years ago for my labrador, Poppy. It was so lovely to go in and see recognizable faces after all this time. I called on the Friday and they were able to book me in for the following Monday at times convenient for us! The lady we spoke to was so thorough and informative and getting my boy home, you'd never know he'd have had surgery. He was so relaxed and comfortable, I'm so grateful to all the staff for being so accommodating and reassuring.

About a week ago, we had to say goodbye to my dog of 16 years. I was scared to take her as neither of my dogs were ever fond of going to the vets just like most. After leaving i couldn’t help but think I couldn’t have asked for a better ending for my dog. The staff were amazing and they made it as painless as possible for not just my dog but my whole family too. All the staff have a genuine love and passion for pets and really understand what it’s like to lose a pet. Thanks guys, i’ll recommend your branch specifically to anyone in need of a good vet.

Chloe, Richard and the team have looked after our basset hounds (and us!) for over 10 years. A more caring and compassionate team would be hard to find, doing their very best for our rescued hounds from adoption check ups to teeth extractions to the final goodbyes to Molly and Bert, to the monthly anal gland extractions for Beatrice, they couldn't be in safer hands 💜

Eternally for ever great full to these guys, honestly. Had an emergency on Saturday 6/7/24 as my pooch was ran over. I rang them in a blind panic and they told me to come straight up, saw my Rosie right away,cleaned her up, gave her pain meds and antibiotics and really reassured me that she's fine, nothing broken. They said she's one lucky pooch,I totally agree. I really can't thank you enough. I left in a hurry too so no purse or bank card, they let me pay over the phone once I returned home, thank you for your trust. Highly recommended
