I brought my cat in to try to resolve some clumping fur, (she is long haired and occasionally her fur mats under her stomach and on her haunches). It was resolved speedily and expertly. Thank you.

I have mixed feelings about this veterinary practice, depends very much on which vet you see. Yesterday I had an appointment for my old girl dog to have her claws clipped, we've struggled for a few years now. The receptionist was friendly but the vet certainly wasn't! She called my dogs name, but wasn't a greeting of 'hello, how can I help' or so how is she with her claws '.. Nothing.. She didn't introduce herself, she didn't ask anything, she knew why I was there because of the telephone booking info. I started a bit of a dialog ie as to how my girl is, and doesn't like her claws been cut, so may be a bit aggressive, the first thing she said was 'well you've asked us to interfere'.. Rude?! She listened to her heart, but didn't tell me anything. I held my dog firmly and I can't deny she (I refer to her as she, but since looking up on here I see her name is Jackie) did manage to cut her claws successfully, which I was pleased about. She did mumble something about some orange in her claws,... Mites was mentioned, but said no more. That was it,.. Literally she said no words.. I said, I might bring her back in 3 months, I suggested that, she didn't give me any follow up advice on going back. I must have been in the room all of 3 minutes, 4max. I even poked my head back in the room because it dawned on me she'd not said if my dogs heart sounded ok?! Very poor customer care for both dog and owner.. Since coming home I notice my dog is licking her front paw alot.. Is it mites? She didn't give me any advice, I look on Google it says 'discuss with vet'! Surely she could have given some advice incase it is that. Disappointed really as the last vet I saw there was v helpful. Would sooner not see 'Jackie' ever again, or maybe she can brush up on her people skills.

Arrived on time and seen straight away. Eddie the vet was friendly and gave the dogs a good check over before their vaccinations.

Absolutely amazing care of my new 'older' lady who hasnt had the best of life previously. My little one had the full attention and was put at ease by lovely Katy and the team ❤️ Well done Wicket 👏 and look at the transformation since coming into the care of a good team. She is now thriving.

We have a great big challenge of a Labrador with too many issues to list!🫣 Anxiety & fear is a key issue. The care, patience and soothing kindness vet ‘Katy’ showed to both Teddy and us was exemplary ❤️ the appointment was literally night & day compared to our previous visit. She listened, understood our difficulties and went above & beyond to help us. After some research, we are now trialing a new meditation for Ted that will hopefully make a happier, more relaxed life for all of us🙏🏼 We are so thankful to this lovely young lady for going the extra mile and treating our goofy boy so brilliantly 🐾🫶🐾
