Great experience today, my first time to this vets, I took in my budgie (vets who deal with budgies and other exotic pets are few and far between) Megan (I think that was the vets name!) was extremely helpful, caring and enthusiastic, as was the nurse who was helping her, the receptionist was very efficient and friendly, I would definitely recommend this practice

I recently took my girl in to have a small mass removed from her chest and was informed that the wound would be small yet it wasn't. I was also under the impression that it would be sealed properly yet it wasn't within 2 days she had opened the wound and after being charged 850 for the original operation I was then charged a further 200 to have her stapled back up. Even though the staff are amazing that is unacceptable

They used to be good unfortunately it’s all about how much money they extort out you very poor service we moved vets because off this would I recommend definitely not

Everything explained to me before op and about after care. I understood fully what they told me and would recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable.
