We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved family dog, and while it was a really hard day, we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks to Geoff and the vet nurse for their outstanding care and compassion. They treated our dog with such dignity and respect, and they supported us with the perfect balance of sensitivity and understanding. We are truly grateful for the way they handled everything—with warmth, grace, and care. Thank you for helping us give our dog the peaceful farewell they deserved.

Really impressed with the surgery .very calm atmosphere and vet listened to what had I had to say. My dog was totally relaxed. The bill was not extortionate and I would highly recommend.

Joined this vets last year after being disappointed with my normal vet's and I must say I'm so pleased with them. My dog as been 3 times and received fantastic care from all the team. Prices are alot cheaper than my previous vet's too.

We have been with them a few years and recently had cause for concern with 2 of our dogs both in the same week (unrelated problems) Daisy was poorly with a virus and looked after by Geoff. Dora by Will. Both Vets highly professional and very caring. Thank you Hartshorne Vets. 😊
