The team at Swadlincote have been fantastic. They looked after our beautiful cat and us as a family from day one until she passed away. They knew us by name, gave us options that were more affordable and would find us appointments within minutes where we needed them. Kev and the team are fantastic. Needed to use another vet for a certain service and swad vets were absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend, they accommodated so quickly and had so much information on what we needed. Really friendly staff all round (also great parking!)

Staff were lovely and pleasant. My gripe is the cost of my puppy second injection of NOBIVAC £75 where other owners of the puppies from the same litter paid their vets an average price of £41. After raising a complaint and asking the reason why there was a huge difference in price, I was given a lame excuse of costs to overheads and where the surgery is based. What baloney. I will look to use another veterinarian surgery.

First time we used this vets, they got us in same day. Easy to park. Reception ladies were very friendly and welcoming. Vet was kind and gentle, reassuring our dog whilst he had is vaccination. Reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Great surgery, all the staff were brilliant with our recently poorly German shepherd. He's well on the road to recovery, fingers crossed. They were so caring and compationate and he loved his toy Julia 👍👍👍thanks so much for your care everyone 😊
