My very loved 13yr boy dog was put to sleep yesterday at Sore Paws. I want to thank them for their care and kindness. An amazing vets with deep understanding of us and made my time with Nila very special as he died.

Amazing friendly compassionate staff from the receptionists nursers to the vets who are so professional and you can just tell they care for the animals in there care its not just a job to them they really go out there way definitely recommend everyone to them thank you guys for all your help.

Rang this morning to ask if I could bring my cat down as he'd presented quite poorly this morning - they got me straight in even though he wasn't a patient, gave treatment and were really kind and caring towards him. The cost was also so reasonable for his care and the place was so clean and presentable (also bonus points for the separate cat waiting room).

I’d 100% recommend Sore Paws to anyone. My dog was recently castrated & he recovered extremely well, did not seem phased by the surgery one bit & was back to his normal self after the anaesthetic wore off. The reception staff are always extremely helpful with any queries I have & make sure to get back to us quickly with the vets advice. Using Pets app is also very helpful to be able to get advice from the vet by sending photos of your pet, which I received an extremely fast and helpful response. Very grateful for all the staff!

Always had a great service from all the team at Sore Paws. Very caring, thoughtful bunch who always give their best to care for your pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else. As far as cost goes, they are very competitive and cheaper than our previous vets. Recently, we had to have our dog put to sleep, and they've been fantastic. From advice on options to what equates to emotional support, they have been there the whole time. We even received a sympathy card with all the staffs little messages. You could say they are more than just a service provider.
