Amy Day and Sarah have been wonderful with our dog Pym: they are kind with their time, always happy to see us and provide us with excellent care, advice and expertise.

All the girls at this practice were absolutely incredible with my Hungarian Vizsla , brought her back from the brink of death after consuming large portion of cacau chocolate. Massive Thank you to SABRINA and AMI - without their swiftly given Love and tenderness she would of struggled due to her anxious nature . DEBRA also, you are a ray of bright shining Light. Thank you ladies xx

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS VET!! My beloved cat passed away here and it was the worst experience of my life, made 10x worse by the vet. We came in as an emergency after noticing that my cat was breathing faster than usual. The vet seemed completely nonchalant and did not inform us of any cause for concern. We headed to the Sainsbury’s nearby whilst they treated my cat only to receive a heartbreaking call that my cat had passed away under their supervision 10 minutes later. We were completely taken a back because the vet did not at all explain the severity of the situation. Not to mention my cat seemed relatively stable before she went in there so god knows what they did to her. We rushed back to the vet in tears and I could not believe the lack of empathy and basic respect that this vet displayed. She made no attempt to explain what had happened nor did she even apologise, all she did was hound us for a payment, bear in mind she hadn’t even informed us what we were paying for! I refused to pay in a moment of distress and the vet flung a blanket over my cats body uttering “well take your cat and leave then”. After about 10 minutes of balling my eyes out I calmed down and explained to the vet that she needs to seriously work on her communication, which she did finally acknowledge. English is not her first language but nothing can excuse this, it’s completely unacceptable. Especially seeing as we rely on vets to bridge the communication barrier between us and our pets. Loosing a pet is horrible in any case, but I am in sheer disbelief at the horrendous communication and lack of empathy and care for the animals and the customers. I will mention that the receptionist was remorseful on the vets behalf, having clearly observed that the vets conduct was disgusting. However, I’ve lost my cat in the most distressing way that it could have happened and nothing will rectify that. I don’t want any pet owner to experience this or put their pets in the hands of this vet. PLEASE, go somewhere else. I’ve since adopted stray cats and found lots of much better, more well priced vets in the area.

Excellent VET service, i just love how all the staff at Village vet kensal green are so friendly, helpful & patient! My 6yr old dog Caesar has been with them for 6yrs! He recently had teeth extractions done and the staff and main vet called Isaco is so lovely. Isaco explained everything to me before Caesars appt and was so reassuring, he even called me once Caesar was under anaesthetic to let me know all was ok and called again once Caesar had finished the procedure. My 5month old Puppy Kaiser is also with Village vet & again, they have been amazing! If you are looking for a brilliant vet with A Star service, i highly reccomend them! Thank you to Isaco & all the staff at Village Vet Kensal Green for being so AMAZING!! X
