The staff at Medivet Greenwich are wonderful. Our dog had injured her nails on a day out in Greenwich. We were squeezed in as an emergency and received compassionate and professional care. Thank you!

We have started not to trust this Medivet to care about very much about our cat. It just feels it wants us to spend huge sums of money on tests and scans with little idea of what might be wrong. I cannot understand how people can afford to take their pets here as 5 minute consultations are £70 and a blood test approximately £170.

We had an appointment booked for my dog’s treatment, but just half an hour before, I was informed it was cancelled due to the vet being unwell. While I completely understand that illness can happen unexpectedly, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. I had taken annual leave to be available for the appointment, and no alternative was offered — not even the option to attend another Medivet branch. I expected better communication and support from a clinic like Medivet.

We love Medivet Greenwich! We switched from another popular vet in the area when one of our cats fell really ill and passed away and we felt like we didn’t get the care and attention we needed there. Medivet has been consistently reliable, friendly and never feels rushed. We’ve also used their emergency service in Camberwell and it was excellent. Highly recommend!
