My name is Flavia Campilli and I have a wonderful and lovely havaneese named TABEYA - she is now 9 years old and has been always under the great supervision of Stefano and Martina at CT Vets Chelsea. This January - on a routine check up- Stefano noticed that Tabeya 's heart murmur had increased and immediately he suggested to contact his colleague Prof Luca Ferasin Heart Specialist.- Prof Ferasin then checked thru an ultrasound Tabeya s heart. It turned out that Tabeya's heart in order to hold either needed an open heart surgery or .......her heart after some time will not hold ......I asked where can she have the operation and it was suggested at the Queen Mother Hospital for Small Animals- Hatfield by Prof Dan Brockman and Prof.Matteo Rossanese and I went ahead and it was a GREAT SUCCESS. TABEYA now is in great shape and i can only say but THANKS to ALL !!!!!!!

I’ve never felt the need to write a review before, but this clinic has truly earned it and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Finding the right vet in London for my two kittens wasn’t easy, it actually took me four different tries. When I finally discovered CTvets I knew I had found the right place, and four months later I can confidently say this is the best veterinary practice in London. Martina and Stefano are not only fantastic veterinarians, but also genuinely kind people who truly care about their patients, both animals and humans 🙋🏽‍♀️. One of my kittens, Lev, developed a very serious illness (FIP), and without them I don’t think he would still be with us today. They help me every single day with his ongoing treatment and are always available to reassure me whenever I have a concern. What makes them truly special is their presence: they are always there for you and with you, every step of the way. At this clinic you feel supported in every possible way, and when extra care is needed, they bring in excellent specialists. Because of Lev’s treatment, his heart appeared to be slightly enlarged. Instead of delaying, Stefano immediately arranged an appointment with their guest cardiologist, Dr. Ferasin, who (together with his incredible team) has been amazing with Lev. Lastly, I want to thank Jasmine and Micaela, the best receptionists ever. They are always so kind and patient with me, even when I call around five times a day (on a good day 😅). All in all, if you are looking for a vet in London, you couldn’t be in better hands. 🙏🏼♥️

Martina and the entire team are truly phenomenal, they care so deeply not only for their furry little patients but also for their families. We have recently been through a lot medically with our kitten and Martina has stayed by my side reassuring me and asking for continuous updates after my little baby was transferred to a referral centre. Martina and Stefano have brought me peace of mind and are the reason he got through the first 24hours of his fall off the 6th floor successfully prior to being moved to the ICU. I truly could not have done this without their wonderful team. Baby Moon and I thank you. ❤️

I was devastated when my dog broke his leg one late evening. Worried and anxious, I contacted Ctvet first thing in the morning and left a voicemail, hoping for a prompt response. To my relief, they called us back as soon as they opened. When we arrived at the clinic, Stefano greeted us with warmth and understanding, which immediately put my mind at ease. He quickly gave my dog an injection to relieve his pain and took the time to explain the treatment plan, reassuring me that he was in good hands. The next morning, my dog was scheduled for orthopaedic surgery. It was difficult to leave him at the clinic overnight, but I knew he was getting the best possible care. When I returned to pick him up in the evening, I was overjoyed to see him happy and playful, albeit slightly tired from the sedation. Martina thoroughly explained each medication and provided helpful leaflets for at-home care, which increased my peace of mind. I am sincerely grateful for everyone's compassion and professionalism at Ctvet. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pets and wants them to receive the best possible care.

My 18-year-old dog had a significant build-up of plaque on her teeth, which had started to cause some gum inflammation. I was really concerned about going ahead with any kind of dental work, especially considering her age, but Martina was incredibly reassuring. She took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining how my girl’s health would be carefully monitored throughout and how the anesthesia would work on my elderly girl. Her calm and knowledgeable approach really helped ease my worries. The procedure went smoothly, and my dog was absolutely brilliant. After the procedure she seemed so much more comfortable, and best of all, her teeth were clean and free of the built up plaque. I’m really grateful to the team at CT Vets for the care and attention they gave us. Highly recommend!
