Took dog for an appointment on 2 consecutive months for eye issue, given an Ointment on both occasions that didn't work at £40 a time. On 3rd visit for a blood test charged £45 and said eye was no better. 4th visit charged £82 for a tiny eye solution which is £32 on line. Makes you wonder whether your pet is their priority or whether prescribing you their expensive solutions is paramount

Our tortoise had a nasty injury when she was attacked by a fox. We took her to a vet nearer to our home who said she should be put down but kindly put us in touch with the exotic pet vet at Vets for Pets in New Malden. He was very positive about her recovery and performed an amputation of the damaged limb. The post-op aftercare advice has been helpful and manageable which, combined with medication, has meant that she is now eating well and can return to her normal life. We have learnt so much about tortoises from Maks over this period.

Ruth is an incredible vet! I have two ginger feral cats, who are extremely to get into the carrier and are so stressed at the vets. Once I got them there, Ruth made them so comfortable and they were so good. What could have been a stressful experience was made much better! Would highly recommend.

Amazing Max was extremely knowledgable and caring with our Terry (Leopard Tortoise) who bull dozed his eye into a sharp twig resulting in an eye infection. Max took the time to show me how and where to administer the injections and because he took the time, I feel confident in administering them myself. Fantastic exotic vet, easy to get an appointment and very mindful to deliver great care whilst trying to save you money where possible. Also had fantastic advice about caring for our chickens and quails, which I appreciated so much. Thank you, would highly recommend and would now like to transfer our poultry care over to Max permanently!

An amazing service to have on our doorstep. So lucky to have such a knowledgeable exotic vet so local. We are incredibly greatful for the quick availability during an emergency. Max was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. He was gentle yet confident when handling our baby bearded dragon; provided great care and gave us all the instructions needed to administer home care. My son felt listened to and supported at every moment. He said that Max was so kind and gentle that he wants to make sure we leave a good review with 5 stars.
