Our beloved Cookie recently passed away, and the care and empathy we received meant so much to our family. They not only looked after Cookie with love and professionalism throughout his life, but also made a beautiful and touching gesture after his passing — sending us a heartfelt sympathy card and a little paw-shaped plantable token in his memory. The words in the card were so thoughtful and showed how much they genuinely care about the animals they treat and the families behind them. Fast appointment availability. The female vet was very friendly and answered all of my questions whilst smiling the whole time. She took her time explaining everything and attended to all my queries. The vet nurse was amazing too with helping the vet.

My experience with Goddard Veterinary Group in Plaistow has been deeply disappointing. Despite being a loyal client for many years, I felt that the clinic prioritised income over patient care and customer service. After attending a scheduled appointment in regards to a previous paid service, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff, who blamed me for the communication. To make matters worse, I was informed that my cat was no longer welcome at the practice due to a supposed complaint about my behavior—an allegation I find baseless and unjust. This experience has left me questioning the professionalism and compassion of this clinic. It's disheartening to see a practice that once seemed caring and reliable turn its back on a long-standing client over a simple misunderstanding. I would advise other pet owners to consider alternative veterinary services that value their clients and pets.

My cat (Sphinx) needed extensive dental work he was stressed and difficult to handle but they made sure he was relaxed and was extremely well looked after, he had two check ups after the work was done to be sure he healed well. Unfortunately 2 weeks later he got out and was attacked by a stray cat and they managed to fit him in for an emergency appointment this time although he was in pain he hissed but was much easier to handle and i feel they had earned his trust through their kind and caring attitude. Summing up this practice has friendly, professional and caring staff from the receptionists nurses and vets i found they all try and go the extra mile to make it the best experience for all and would not hesitate to recommend for a 5 star service

Staff were very friendly. My cat had a neutering surgery, and it went really well. The wound was made to the bare minimum, and she is now recovering super well too. I would recommend.
