My little chihuhua Dotty spent two whole weeks at Vets Now as an inpatient. Everything that could be done for her was done. Blood tests, scans, tube and drip feeding and the very best of intensive care. But more importantly she was treated with kindess, respect and loved by all, the vets, nurses and receptionists all knew Dotty. During my update calls, the vets were honest and didn't sugar coat anything. I wouldn't have had it any other way. We all knew she was extremely ill and no matter how much money or care was given I could still go home with empty arms. At the start of week three, Dotty came home with me with lots of medication and a care plan. Of course it was acary but I knew I had the best team just a phone call away if I needed them. Dotty is now doing great and is putting on weight. She is a fighter who has not just me but a team of wonderful and caring professionals cheering her on. Thank you so much to all at Vets Now especially David for believing in my girl. I'm glad I chose your practice at 5.00am on a Saturday morning when she became so ill. I will be forever grateful to you all for saving Dotty and going above and beyond for her. You have my vote all the way and I wouldn't hesitate recommending you to my friends should they ever need your services.

My bichon was suddenly taken ill on Sunday 28 September. He's 10 years old and never been ill before which made it doubly worrying for me. I phoned them first and was spoken to by a calm and caring receptionist. When I got there they fully explained there might be a wait depending on the severity of his case after triage. The triage nurse was gentle and thorough even after teddy projectile diarrhoea'd all over the floor (part of his illness). We went to clean it up and she wouldn't have it. The reception gave us loads of pads while we waited to see the vet. We didn't have to wait to long. She was gentle with teddy, asked us loads of questions, because he was frightened, picked him up to carry him through for bloods and a scan. When she came back, she explained the options thoroughly. At no point pushing us into expensive options. She didn't rush us and once again wouldn't let us help clean the floor after another accident. Teddy was admitted overnight to receive IV fluids. They explained that he would be constantly monitored, we were asked what he would eat and told us we could phone to check up on him. Fortunately, teddy only needed an overnight stay and when I went to collect him the discharging vet went through his after care and offered advice on his future health care. What a well trained staff, in all departments. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, they all excel in being friendly, caring and helpful. Thank you so much for helping my little boy Teddy

Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.

An absolutely essential service in your pets hour of need. We took our 3 year old French Bulldog Winnie to Vets Now Whitefield after she suffered complications due to a seizure. Unfortunately, Winnie couldn't be saved but the level of care she received from the staff was amazing. We'd like to thank all the staff & Vets at Vets Now Whitefield for all the support, love, empathy & sympathy they showed both our cherished little girl & us at one the cruelest most desperate times of our lives. We were truly touched by your words....

We recently took our dog Gracie to Manchester Vets Now for an abdominal investigation and CT scan, and Iād like to say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. From the receptionist to the nursing team, and especially to the vet James and the nurse who handed Gracie back to us, sorry missed your name. Everyone was kind, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and aftercare. We felt genuinely reassured and relaxed throughout the whole experience. A big thank you to you all ā we truly appreciate the care and compassion you showed. š
