All round amazing staff. Fabulous care for my fur baby. Very reasonable prices. Kept well informed through the day and felt completely at ease. Can not fault any part of the service. They even sorted the insurance for me.

I called for an appointment and they managed to fit me in the next day at a time that suited me. When I came in they were very welcoming & made a fuss of my dog Cooper. They even asked how my other dog Polly was doing which was nice! The nurse that I had the appointment with was lovely and chatty. She gave Cooper lots of attention as always. I am always very happy with the service that she gives & how she treats my dogs! Thankyou

They looked after my dog with love and understanding and, in turn, looked after me. Sadly my boy is no longer with us but he received the very best care from Les and his team. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services.

Every aspect of the treatment was explained well and fully. The amount to pay was expressed beforehand and was not overly expensive for the procedure involved. I was mostly impressed with the service provided apart from the waiting area. There was a very aggressive dog in the area and I was frightened let alone the cats. Should provide a different section for dogs and cats.
