I’ve been using this veterinary practice for many years, even before Brookfields took over and my pets have always been treated with kindness and the care that they deserve. Every procedure or routine appointment have been explained thoroughly and I have been listened to. Thank you to the excellent staff.

Excellect service from this practice. Everything is clearly explained, and the vets are happy to fully discuss all options before treatments are prescribed. We have recommended them to friends, who have been equally pleased.

Required the emergency service at the weekend. The staff were amazing, very kind and empathetic when I unfortunately had to put my elderly labrador to sleep. They couldn't be more kind and caring. Would recommend them highly.

We’ve been with Brookfield since 2022. They have been nothing but fantastic. Sadly I had to put my 18 yr old cat down during which they were so caring and gentle, he went so peacefully. Recently my other cat has been blocked and they showed excellent care. They gave regular updates and he pulled through well, we’ve had another scare today(2 weeks later) again they went above and beyond for him. Truly they provide a brilliant service and Im so grateful to them.

Our poor rescue girl had a big swelling on her eye that turned up overnight. Called at 10:30 and was in with the vet at 10:50. The vet we saw was incredible, he was so quick to numb the eye, check for foreign bodies and locate this grass seed to extract! The 2 vet nurses who assisted with the tweezers were absolutely amazing. Twyla is a rescue dog and can be nervous but even with 5 people in the room she seemed right at home and sat like a champ! We got prescribed 2 eye drops and told clearly how to use them, and booked in for 5 days time. All in all we were on the way home again by 11am. They are also incredibly reasonably priced. Reflective of the family owned business. Could not recommend this practice enough!
