Took my dog to Pinfold Vets and couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly care deeply about the animals they look after. They made my dog feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. Great service and a wonderful team!

A fantastic veterinary practice with a really friendly, knowledgeable and skilled team. Our dog has a few conditions that have meant she’s been a frequent visitor, including for surgical procedures, and they have gone above and beyond in her care on more than one occasion. She’s surprisingly always keen to go back in, so they also clearly take the time to make sure she’s as relaxed as possible whilst in their care. They are a privately owned practice with a lovely atmosphere and are cheaper and more personal than corporates we’ve been with previously. Highly recommend!

Stop the search if you are looking for a Vetinary Practise, these guys are the best by far. The kindest, warmest and professional Vetinary Practise I have ever used. I had both of my Dachshunds registered with them. Unfortunately I lost one of them very recently, however I have to say that the whole team at Pinfold, from Lorna (Our Vet) to all of the care team including assistants, other vets and front of house were so kind, caring and hard working to do all they could to help. They went above and beyond to look at all avenues, and when we ran out of all possible options they were on hand to help me deal with what was the hardest of all decisions in the end. I have the maximum respect for how they operate, this clearly comes from the top and works its way all the way through the rest team. Absolute 5 Stars - from a proud Dad of Dachshunds

Took my cat in as a last minute appointment when we our practice had no vet on duty. The staff here are lovely (just the same as our Keyworth branch) and we went in spot on time. The vet was friendly, kind and excellent with our rather shy boy. Couldn't have been any better for a worried owner. Totally sorted the issue and gave advice for going forward to avoid it happening again. Spot on. Thank-you!

This was our first time coming to this vets, such a warm and welcoming environment. The vet that took care of our cat (florence) was lovely, caring and patient. We have been to other vet’s but will now use this one as we found the care that was given excellent. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and the vet listened to us and took our concerns on board whilst giving us other options and avenues to try. Thank you so much to the vet and student that saw us at short notice!
