I have been using vets for pets for my dog Cider, a Jack Russell, since we had him 8 years ago. He recently needed a cruciate ligament operation and Luke did a great job. Cider is now recovered and is as normal. Luke is like Loughborough's answer to supervet. Would highly recommend them.

Great veterinary practice. Have been a customer here for over 6 years now - most visits purely routine with no issues. When Dexter had a more complex challenge with a leg injury, Luke was fantastic - pre and post op and in subsequent follow ups. I would heartily recommend this practice.

I took my Bengal, Mimi, to Loughborough Vets 4 Pets because she had been licking her hind end non-stop, to the point where her skin was actually breaking. She was losing a lot of fur in that area and was looking really unwell. We saw Luke, the practice owner, and I was so impressed with how professional, empathetic, and efficient he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly, outlined the possible causes, and worked with us to come up with a plan. With his wealth of experience he quickly identified that the irritation and discomfort was because the glands at the rear! After doing some more research, I discovered that this condition is quite rare in cats, so it was really impressive how quickly Luke pinpointed the issue. I’m happy to report that Mimi is now healthier than ever and completely free of any lingering signs of discomfort. I've been to this practice many times over the years, and every single visit has been great. The vets are always highly skilled, and the nurses have such genuine compassion—it’s hard to find that anywhere else. I can't recommend this team enough. They provide excellent care for pets and really keep you in the loop every step of the way.
