I have used the service here for the first time. The instructions were easy to follow. I needed to email for some specific advice and received replies very quickly. The results came through very fast. The price was good in comparison to the other service I have been using. I will now be a regular customer of ParasiteVet.

I used this service for my dog as reassurance that he was not harbouring any nasties. I found ParasiteVet to be reliable in their communication, and in providing easy to understand results for my dog, albeit all negative results on this occasion. I would use this ParasiteVet again as they offer a wide range of tests and are competitively priced.

I regularly use their services for testing my bearded dragon, they offer a good and quick service (their lab is accepted by my vet so no need for repeated testing)

Very quick to respond to emails - Original kit was delayed by Easter Holidays so a second kit was sent free of charge for next day delivery. I had considered having tests done by a competitor which were slightly cheaper and included postage costs. However after the initial reply to a question I had the communications stopped and so I opted to go to Parasitevet. The level of customer service is very high, and would recommend them. I received my report at 6pm on a Sunday !!

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Have tested 2 Bearded Dragons with you, my most recent having coccidia so I was a frequent customer to say the least!
