They don't deserve any star. I think they are a joke. Is 3 months on they messagery are bullshit and they do not try to do anything to fix it. And unfortunatly the prescription can be order only by phone, even by email is not possible. What about when is an emergency? And they saying that the put our pets at first. Buy or order another system for prescription or continue prescription if you do not manage. Or take another telephonic provider, but this ignorance is a lack a professionalism.Try to avoid them otherwise you will get angry trying to talk with someone, or you will waiste your time going to them multiple times.

My elderley dog Pippa had become unwell with no obvious cause and the symptoms she was displaying suggested it may be her time to leave my side. She wasn't eating, or drinking, her breathing was laboured and strange, she was lethargic and very unsteady on her feet. I called this place to see the vet and explained to the lady on the phone that I needed an appointment today as I suspected my elderly dog was dying. She gave me an appointment for the following day saying the vet was busy today with operations, do they really only have one vet surely a practice of this size needs more than one. Pippa passed away the following morning around 6am with me by her side, something which was not pleasant to experience. I called my Mum because I didn't know what to do at the time in the muddleheaded state I was having just watched my little friend die. She called her own vets ,Greenwood Veterinary in South Ruislip, who were fantastic they got us to come in as soon as possible at the best time of day to ensure no other clients would be there in case I was distraught or needed more time to say my goodbyes. They were incredibly kind and caring showing me great empathy and giving me all the time I needed, they even posted me a beautiful condolences card signed by all the staff. When we told them about the complete lack of haste from Vets4Pets they were absolutely disgusted and said they would have had me come in straight away so my lil Pip didn't have to suffer like she did. They treated Pip with dignity and respect I cannot recommend them highly enough. Vets4Pets could take some notes from Greenwood as they are far superior. If you live locally to South Ruislip DO NOT trust Vets4Pets South Ruislip and definitely do head straight to Greenwood Vets just up the road who will actually care for your pet.

Had my cat registered here, paid the monthly complete care subscription. Wanted to to do the same with 2 new kittens i have. Made an appointment for vaccinations after cancelling work meetings. Then get an email saying they need to cancel both appointments. Called in, they couldn't see them for another week! Ridiculous. Cancelled the subscription and moved to a more reliable vet. Even said to receptionist I was going to go elsewhere, she cancelled quite happily didn't seem to care about the loss of business!

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Vets4Pets, South Ruislip. Ray - my cat- care plan was renewed without my consent, and when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with totally unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and dismissive customer service. The staff I interacted with showed no willingness to listen, and they seemed more focused on shutting down my concerns than addressing them. Every question I raised was met with resistance or outright rejection, which made the experience even more frustrating. I cancelled my plan but getting a refund for the months they continued to charge me has been an absolute nightmare. I still have not been able to speak to their managers about this. I made numerous telephone calls and they gave me empty promises that a manager will get back to me but so far no one has contacted me yet. To make matters worse, when I called them to find out about an email from Animal Health Care about the refund, the customer service immediately claimed they hadn’t received any email — before even knowing who I was or checking my details. Only after I challenged her did she ask for my name and my cat’s name to actually look up the situation. When I asked her name, she refused to give it and hang up the phone on me. That kind of dismissive and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. I expected transparency, communication, and a degree of respect — none of which were present. I do not recommend Vets4Pets to anyone based on this experience. There needs to be serious improvement in how they handle customer communication and consent.

Very easy to locate with large east to access parking. Disabled parking and wide isles. The store is very large open shop and very well stocked. Vet reception are very polite, friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the most caring vets I've ever come across , clearly putting the animal care well before profits. Their determination and care saved my cats life, the appointments were not rushed , plenty of advise given. Just amazing staff .
