I phoned on Thursday evening just before closing time looking for an appointment for one of my chickens that suddenly became lame. Unfortunately this isn't something that they deal with but I spoke to the vet for almost half an hour. With her advice my chicken is now on the mend!

I just want to publicly thank Crowshall for helping me out in a crisis. Faced with what appeared to be a very damaged cat, I rang them at nearly midnight, not realising I was calling a specialist poultry vet! They answered the phone and were able to give me sound advice anyway, stopped me panicking and were kind and sympathetic. Truly they showed themselves to be caring, knowledgeable and humane.
