While on holiday our dog became ill. Without any recommendations we took a chance with this veterinary practice. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and gave us an appointment straightaway. By the time we reached the vets, 20 minutes, they had already liaised with our vets for our dogs records. Ollie was the vet we saw. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, thoroughly examined our dog and explained everything he was doing and why he was asking the questions. Would highly recommend this vets. Really good for cats and dogs but not so great for smaller animals, straight away answer to smaller animals is euthanasia didnt even go through othet options which I would have happily paid for, also didnt prescribe one of my animals antibiotics aftwr a surgery which is now infected so need to go back and pay for a consulation wnd antibiotics when they should have been given in the first place :/ rewlly good for cats and dogs but I wouldn’t reccomend for exotics and smaller animals The north walsham branch is amazing for exotics but these vets don’t seem to specialise in them

As others reviewing have also done, we had to visit during our holiday as one of our shih tzu boys hurt his leg. We dropped in just after 8am and were seen at 9.30. X-rayed and assessed within a few hours with discharge and medication resulting in a much happier pup! Thanks to the team for looking after our boy, 24hrs later and he's already on the mend

What a breath of fresh air. Friendly welcoming staff, clean and well maintained building and facilities. So happy we moved from Aylsham Vets, which is the complete opposite.

Our 10.year old Whippet fell ill while we were on holiday in Cromer. We rang the vets at 8am and were given an appointment at 9.15 . The Reception staff and Vets were lovely with us .....we were in a bit of a state because we had a similar issue with our other dog which had a sad outcome . The staff were understanding and made us feel comfortable about the procedure that was going to happen to our fur baby .She was scanned and admitted. They did a full promethazine spay surgery
