Absolutely fantastic 1st visit. Ben was amazing with our dog Ellwood who is very nervous He even did some of his consultation outside as hex was getting stressed Explained his procedure very clearly too

Sadly, on the 28th of August, our much-loved cocker spaniel ‘Fudge’ was put to sleep. We would like to say a huge thank you to Swaffham Veterinary for their understanding and support. Dear Swaffham Vets, I wanted to say a massive Thank You to Emily Neep for how she was with my cat Amaleè today and also for how reassuring she was to me. I get very anxious bringing my girl to the vets and get so worked up and stressed. Emily today was so calm, kind and delicate with Amaleè while explaining everything to me in a way I also felt calm and comfortable! Absolutely smashing all round, came away feeling brilliant and want to give my feedback on how great full i am.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Really care about the animal rather than making loads of money. Always will to give the best advice for you to make an informed decision. Been going here for 5 years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I took in a cockatiel with a broken leg and the care was pretty good so no complaints about that. However, the business employs some very aggressive staff when it comes to billing. I paid for the treatment back in October last year and yesterday they called me to chase up a £30 bill for what was implied to be a free consultation in case follow up treatment/medication was needed. So I get this unexpected bill for a 5 minute visit and the lady I spoke to was very aggressive and rude and this morning I got an email from a debt collection agency. Utterly pathetic behaviour.
