I found a poorly, distressed duckling near its mum in the churchyard a couple of days ago. It would have been swooped up as prey so I called Grove vets who very quickly sent a nurse to collect it while I stood guard. When I called later for an update, I was happy to learn the duckling had improved over the day and they had returned it to its mum. It made me feel a lot better and I was really grateful they took the time to care for it without any financial reward.

We sadly lost our dog on Friday and grove couldn’t have been better. They allowed us to keep our gorgeous girl there over the weekend until she was picked up by peaceful pets. They also allowed us to visit out of hours so my fiancé could see our dog for the last time. Once she was picked up they sent us in a post a beautiful card, some paw prints and a beautiful keepsake bottle with her fur in it. We are so unbelievably grateful for all their efforts during our awful time as a family. Thank you so much

Absolutely appalling vets brought a stray cat in that was clearly injured. Got to the car park and the vet that came out pulled the crate we had put the cat in and the cat got out and ran off. If there’s one thing I can say about this vets it’s useless. I also lost my dog not long ago and took him there to say goodbye, the receptionist placed him on the floor in a bag in the waiting room and told us she was going to leave him there and he would be collected at some point. Myself and my children were mortified, we did not leave him there we took him somewhere else. No sympathy at all and to leave an animal which had passed in a waiting room where people sat is hurrendous. Worst vets I have ever come across.
