I went to the vet for the first time since moving here. Everyone was so kind and professional. The vet was patient and kind and make me feel comfortable. I am grateful I have signed up with them and highly recommend them

If you mortgage your house then look no further then here. They do not give shit about your animals alsong as they make as much money out of you as they can. I do not trust that man to ever do surgery on my dog he told me get my dog insured for million cover. My dog was sick badly and I did not have money intell following day they refused to see my dog. They try charge me 420 for skin scrap lol I went to different vets they charge me 10 pound they love it when you have a French bulldog with health problems. Then even sell dog food to make your dog ill so you spend nore money

In general this is a very good vet practice lovely vets and welcoming friendly receptionists. However when I went today for a lump on my kitten (which was from the vaccination) I had a very rude vet called Nick who didn't even introduce himself or his assistant, hardly spoke to me and when he did it was to try and sell me cat food. Not impressed, luckily this wasn't my first visit otherwise I wouldn't go back. Hopefully I go back to my usual vet next time I visit.

Had my dogs teeth cleaned and some dental treatment. I was so worried but the staff were amazing and reassuring and very helpful. They kept us updated Nick did a great job. Communication was wonderful and the surgery went very well too. very happy with the overall experience. A big thank you to all of Portishead staff

Staff were very sweet and gave my dog lots of attention. I felt sure she was in good hands. They sent me photos and my dog now has lovely clean teeth! Much cheaper than other places as well. Would really recommend
