Received absolutely brilliant service today by ALL staff at Robson & Prescott in Blyth when taking in my dog for her annual check up. Thank you everyone.

My 18 year old sausage dog had visited many vets over the years with a seasonal skin itch that nobody could sort out... Thank goodness! The first vet to diagnose and treat the problem! Great place..wonderful service!

Our cats time had come, Briony was lovely, gave us time to make the decision and to say goodbye. No rushing. It was much easier because of her gentleness and straightforward advise.

After 3 visits in 1mth - Vets opposite & no explanation or solution, except additional cost for drops, steroids, prescription, return app & none beneficial. I wanted a 2nd opinion on my Frenchie 8mth. Highly recommend Robson and Prescot Morpeth receptionist instantly put my mind at ease by understanding my frustration concerned as a new owner & booked immediate app. Later that day I was called to rearrange for a double app so clinician could conduct a full examination at no extra cost & provide an overall explanation of present & possible future health issues inc costs. If like me you'd prefer to be know what to expect & possible worse case scenario. Robson and Prescot 'Blyth' unlike others are extremely upfront & honest however shocking in my case. Greatly appreciated to both receptionist & clinician for the valuable advice. Thankfully my Shadow's on the mend, grumpy wearing his cone.

Have used Robson and Prescott for nearly 30 years, which is a testament to the excellent service I ve had from them. Very caring vets, professional service and can access an emergency service which is vital.
