Very happy with the services provided by Orchard House Vets, Hexham. Staff are very welcoming and it is easy to communicate with the practice and set up an appointment. We have received excellent advice and our dog loves visiting!

I always feel 100% sure that when I am worried about our cat and feel need to visit Orchard vets I will get an appointment that day . This has happened recently It’s lovely to see friendly faces from long standing members of staff Tim Pearson who set up his practice years ago is so careful in his handling of his patients and their owners . He recently saved our cat once again by quick diagnosis based on his experience backed up by the science of Alfie’s blood readings 20 hours of being on a drip ,appropriate meds and we still have a live 16 year old cat. All members of staff have their part to play ,the receptionists ,vet nurses ,the vet’s themselves, admin staff and the cleaners I always leave fully understanding the medical situation Alfie is in , the plan moving forward, consequences etc because it has been given to me in language I can understand Thankyou

Absolutely superb and caring service received following a severe stick injury to the throat of my spaniel. The operation to remove the 6 inch stick was performed as soon as I got to the surgery 1/2 hour after the injury. Aftercare following the operation was excellent and very caring. Orchard House Hexham has always looked after my spaniel extremely well, thank you so much.
