Over a 2 year period and quite a few appointments. we have had quick appointments, really caring treatment. All of the vets and staff I have found helpful and caring. I would recommend.

Priors hall vets have been amazing!! We recently had one of our dog pts on friday and the lead vet, she was absolutely amazing and so sympathetic. The staff are so caring and treat your animal as their own and I find that rare. Would highly recommend Rutland veterinary centre.

I got great emergency service from this fantastic team. So helpful and friendly staff. They kept me totally informed on my dogs treatment. So very thankful.

Our cat was sorted out with his injections which took 10 minutes - but I sat there for an hour beforehand as the receptionists looked at me - and when I asked why I was delayed they said that the computer says that you have been seen! lousy service as not even an apology.....

The veterinary practice were very kind when my old boy, Monty, was unexpectedly taken ill and sadly died the following day (yesterday). They kept me updated the whole time and called me in the early hours to be with him when it was time to say goodbye. I have had cause to use their services several times in the past year with both my boys crossing the rainbow bridge, and they have always been so kind and understanding x
