So today my boxer dog ate a whole panettone,I rang for advise and Lorraine was fabulous spoke to a vet and asked me to bring him straight in,met with a lovely lady vet,they sorted him out and I collected him later,thankyou so much đź’•

We moved our rescue dog to Vets4Pets Clowne from a different practice and couldn’t be happier. You can feel the warmth that the staff have for the animals that visit. They are thoughtful, considerate and helpful and made us feel so at ease. As we were sat waiting I couldn’t help but notice that the receptionist knew all of the animals coming in by name, something I thought was really touching and showed such care. The advice we received from the nurse was great and she was a natural with our nervous dog, getting down onto the floor to sit with him and letting him come to her for cuddles. Both the receptionist and the nurse were understanding that our dog struggles with men and have explained to just ask for a lady nurse or vet whenever we visit and they’ll do their best to accommodate. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured and our dog was the most settled he has ever been at the vets during his visit. We are so thankful to have found Vets4Pets Clowne and are very grateful that the staff all seem lovely and understand.

The team looked after our nervous nelly whilst she had her teeth cleaned, etc. No complaints from us on the service, level of care, cleanliness, or value for money.

I have a Rottweilier puppy so alot of vets are a little cautious of this breed by default. This practice is so loving towards all of the animals that come through the door, my girl loves the staff, and they are always so friendly with her and give her lots of pats (which she is appreciative of) The care she has received so far has been outstanding and they are always willing to take a bit of extra time if you have any queries or concerns. Highly recommend you bring your animals over to Vets4Pets Clowne ♥️

They know my cat, remembered a previous visit (he is accident prone!) Got an appointment straight away because I was worried he had badly injured himself. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Vet was extremely kind and thorough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now
