Always really friendly, patient and gentle with my dog who gets very anxious in the vet. Even though he was just there for vaccinations, they explained everything really clearly.

It was my first visit to the surgery and I found it very friendly. The waiting room is a little small but that is something that is not changeable. I took 2 of my dogs for their boosters and was very happy with how we were treated. No sarcastic comments which was something that happened in the last vets I attended.

Freddy, our dog has been treated very well by all of the staff at this Vetinary practice. They show great caring for him. They are also very pleasant and empathetic to us.I would highly recommend them.

My most recent visit to Melbourne vets was lovely; they were very gentle with my elderly cat, who was there for a check up and booster jabs, and they were respectful of my concerns in terms of her care despite her age.
