Our dig injured himself while we were on holiday. Called the vet and they saw him right away. Lovely helpful reception staff and the vetvwas excellent.

Phoned last Sunday as our beloved Max was really not well-within half an hour we were seen, sadly Max didn’t make it, but the service and support could not have been more caring, professional and empathetic. We knew a decision like this was coming, but the way we were helped and supported made our grief much easier to bear. Five stars does not seem enough.

We needed a vet on Christmas Eve, of all days for our golden retriever, Logie who was failing to get over a bout of colitis. Having asked around locally, we were advised to try Bainbridge Vets. They were amazing, from a wonderful receptionist, who helped us through the process of signing up as visitors to a compassionate and professional vet, whose name I sadly don’t know. We were advised about aftercare, when to call again etc and we have been given the confidence to get on with Christmas, knowing we can call on help if we need it. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic vets! We’re here on holiday and our dog ate grapes, rushed him down was seen straight away and all the staff couldn’t have been anymore lovely. Thank you so much for saving Wilson!

Had to call while on holiday with our dog. We could not have asked for better service very helpful from all the staff from reception to the vet. All very knowledgeable and caring just like the vets use to be before the big companies took over. Do not hesitate to call if you need help on holiday.
