This Practice is exceptional in both the high quality services afforded & the outstanding staff who are so customer orientated. Our Jack Russell is family & was treated as such by an amazing surgeon who instantly put our minds at rest installing us with so much confidence he is a wonderful person. We strongly recommend this practice & wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future. Thanks guys can't thank you enough

I cannot recommend Archway vets highly enough. I look after many different animals in the local area in my work. My background is in veterinary nursing. After an emergency visit this am I have nothing but praise for the thorough, efficient service. My first phone call at reception was handled professionally, the return call from the veterinary nurse was excellent. All questions were relevant and sensitively asked. And the emergency appointment and examination was very thorough. To be seen so quickly from that first phone call was beyond impressive. Thank you for an excellent service. Please always remain just as you are! X

Parking outside in a car park. Surgery is very clean and modern. Seperate waiting areas for cats. We were seen on time and the examination was very thorough.

We are staying in the area temporarily. Our beloved little girl Daisy became very poorly and we came to Archway veterinary practice. We cannot say thank you enough for the advice, support, kindness and compassion shown to us by the staff as we said our final goodbyes. Daisy fell asleep peacefully and quietly. You helped make a terribly sad time a little more bearable. We will always be grateful for that.

Great vets! Squeezed my dog into day after he split a claw. Hes not an easy dog when it comes to his feet, he went ballistic and the team handled him so well! Took really great care of him and sorted him out very quick. Very grateful!

Writing this review after years of custom! Like most owners sometimes we have to get repeat medications and to expect that to be every month for chronic conditions is not reasonable! The Royal Society stated it’s up to individual vets but most understand with certain chronic conditions customers need at least 3 month supply ( which is normal for meds that are not opioids etc) Having to go back and take your dog to be checked every month is just not fair and expensive I want to support this vet by buying meds from them but I’m forced to get them online as it’s cheaper and less hassle I’d be happier to go back to them every 3 months and pay their consultation also more for the meds , but I’m told their policy is every month!!! So be it ? I’ll get it online
