Thankyou Georgie & Nerissa as always for your excellent care. Tommy my 27 year old Shetland required dental work & Georgie collected him from my home and kept me constantly up dated with photos while under their care at the clinic and then delivered him home. Always feel reassured with Gem Equine that my ponies are in confident and capable & compassionate hands. Suzanne

I cannot recommend Georgie and Gem Equine highly enough. Whilst over a number of years I have developed a fantastic relationship with Georgie who has at all times been very professional but at the heart of that relationship has been the wellbeing of my horses, which is Georgie's paramount and only consideration, that has to be right i.e. her relationship with my horses is more important than her interactions with me who is secondary in that equation. Personally I wouldn't want it any other way. Georgie is always responsive and operates to the highest standard. This came home to roost over Christmas 2022 when Georgie had to attend at my yard ,not local to her twice day on a daily basis. Without over dramatizing yet again she saved my horses life. In order to avoid excessive costs, she taught me how to administer intermuscular injections which was invaluable especially as this saved costs over a Bank Holiday period. She is also extremely patient and masterful with my two year old who would test the patience of a saint! In conclusion a very talented vet and I would HIGHLY recommend her services.

I have had Georgie for nearly 10 years and I would NOT have any other vet. Georgie has saved my boys and done work on my horses that other vets wouldn't even consider. Georgie always finds a solution to suit you and your horse physically and financially! Also unlike many other vets georgie takes the time to explain what it is she is doing or going to do. Gives advice exactly how you want it. Up front and honest not sugar coated ! I wouldn't trust any other vet to see to my horses as in my experience she's always been the best. I've had horses for 18 years and the 10 years I've had Georgie she has always excelled more than anyone !!

Georgie has been looking after my elderly horse for the past 4 1/2 years. She is very professional, dedicated and reliable. From steroid injections in 2017 to the recent ulcer in his eye, my horse's treatment and follow up care has always been first class. There's also a great repeat prescription service! I can't thank Georgie and also Nerissa enough, and would recommend to anyone who needs an equine vet

This little man wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for the help of GEM Equine! Georgie is excellent, straight talking, honest and realistic. Due to changes in location we have used several different practices for the ponies, some well known and some smaller ones, none of those can even compare or meet the excellent high standard that we receive from GEM. I would 100% always recommend GEM for any horse owners as I know that they will never want to use any other vet again. Excellent client care.

We have been using Gem Equine for many years now and rate their services very highly. Diagnosis is always completely accurate. Always at the end of the phone if I need advise and help with our 3 horses of varying ages..
