Excellent Care at an Upsetting Time! We had to have our beloved cat of 15 years (Tippy) put to sleep on Monday. Kate came out to our house and was brilliant! She spent a lot of time talking and reassuring us it was the right thing to do, and was very supportive. Tippy slipped quietly away with Kates help , and is buried by the greenhouse where he loved to be. No asking for payment, just left to grieve and contact the vets when we were ready Thanks so much for making Tippy’s passing a little easier 😀

Moved vets to register here and so glad I did, the receptionists are wonderful, the vets are excellent and really look into the health concerns with your pet. To have toilets and huge carport is also a massive bonus. My douge de Bordeaus Paddy & Raya have been well looked after espically with big dogs. 💕🐾

During a consultation I think the staff need to be very clear if there is an extra charge for anything they do. As the vet said let's take a swab of my dogs ears then I paid the bill tand for medication to then come back for repeat medication and find a £25 charge was put on the account for the swab. No mention of an additional charge was mentioned for this during the consult.
