Moved vets to register here and so glad I did, the receptionists are wonderful, the vets are excellent and really look into the health concerns with your pet. To have toilets and huge carport is also a massive bonus. My douge de Bordeaus Paddy & Raya have been well looked after espically with big dogs. 💕🐾

During a consultation I think the staff need to be very clear if there is an extra charge for anything they do. As the vet said let's take a swab of my dogs ears then I paid the bill tand for medication to then come back for repeat medication and find a £25 charge was put on the account for the swab. No mention of an additional charge was mentioned for this during the consult.

Our friendly local vets, always happy to help us with our requirements for our dog. When he suffered a terrible leg injury during a recent walk, we were advised and supported from start to finish, with multiple members of the team going to exceptional lengths above and beyond what we could have expected. My family and I are so very grateful.

After over 50 years of owning pets, this week we said goodbye to our last (probably) furry friend. For the last 40 years they have been treated at the Kington vets, starting in Bridge Street and now named Arrowfield. We would like to say a grateful thankyou to the whole team from receptionists, nurses and vets for the compassion and care which has been shown to us over the years. We would like to say a special thankyou to Fiona, our most recent vet who is outstanding.

Prompt and supportive out of hours call. Very helpful, explained fees in advance due to it being Easter Sunday. Not as much as I was expecting and much relieved to have effective treatment for poorly puppy.
