Great customer service from start to finish. I had to take Ted back after about 35 minutes as he was limping, he was seen and examined straight away and given an anti inflammatory injection. Can't fault anything about Ted's experience

Brilliant - I was a visitor to the Island with a very sick puppy as a result of eating something on the beach he shouldn't. Despite not being registered, they contacted my vet for his history and saw him within a few hours. Issue diagnosed and treatment prescribed. Couldnt ask for more. Recommended.

I appreciate everything they done for my me and my dog Candy we had a top quality service a lot of thought and consideration form and my dog Candy you could not get a level of service and treatment from anywhere else or such high level of standards

This has got to be a really good review so far ❤️🐾🌻 We moved to the Isle of Man last year from South Africa and yes I know with the health facilities for humans and animals on the island it is difficult to get appointments or even to get registered. For as little as a month now our older cat has had light blood in her urine coming and going and then it just stayed. Yesterday (Friday 24.09.2022) I emailed all the Milan Veterinary Practices on the island, and then ended up ringing the Milan Veterinary Practice at the Castletown branch where a wonderful girl assisted me over the phone as I was getting concerned for my cats health, she booked me in for the morning emergency slot at the Douglas branch for today (Saturday 25.09.2022). Just wanted to say a thank you to the wonderful staff in the background like the administrators and receptionists and then obviously the vets. Our cat looks like a happy cat now but she’s not out the woods just yet.
