Despite reading excellent reviews for this this has sadly not been my own experience. I paid for 1st class delivery for parasite testing and didnt receive the kit within timescale notified. I have tried emailing and calling (left a message with person answering phone) but no-one has got back to me. Highly disappointing. I dont know where to go with this now.

Very straight forward process and service was excellent.Our vet advised of this service and said that they would be more cost effective to send a sample to these guys than ask our vet.I sent the sample on the Monday and we had a full test report back by the Wednesday.Cant really ask for better.Will definatly use the service again in the future.Thankyou.

Absolutely appalling service. We have been left waiting far too long for a report while our pet is unwell, with constant excuses and a complete lack of urgency. Communication was poor from start to finish, and the replies we received were cold, dismissive and focused on trivialities rather than actually helping. There was no compassion, no accountability and no sense that anyone cared about the welfare of our pet. When you are dealing with sick animals, this level of indifference is unacceptable. I would strongly advise other pet owners to avoid this company. If i could give this company no stars I would.

A faultless service! I received the sample collection kit the day after ordering the Dog and Cat Diamond Test (qPCR), and it included a prepaid return label. When it was misplaced, Amy J provided a replacement the day after it was reported. She was both professional and polite. The results were available via OneDrive (download optional) four days after dispatch, and they are clear and well presented, including advise for my next actions. Absolutely disgusted with the level of service here, please avoid if your pet is unwell, been waiting over 4 weeks since we first ordered our test. Phone calls ignore, emails ignored. My mind is absolutely boggled by the good reviews of this place. Unprofessional, they have broken all their T&C’s and stated turn around times

I have used the service here for the first time. The instructions were easy to follow. I needed to email for some specific advice and received replies very quickly. The results came through very fast. The price was good in comparison to the other service I have been using. I will now be a regular customer of ParasiteVet.

I used this service for my dog as reassurance that he was not harbouring any nasties. I found ParasiteVet to be reliable in their communication, and in providing easy to understand results for my dog, albeit all negative results on this occasion. I would use this ParasiteVet again as they offer a wide range of tests and are competitively priced.

Very quick to respond to emails - Original kit was delayed by Easter Holidays so a second kit was sent free of charge for next day delivery. I had considered having tests done by a competitor which were slightly cheaper and included postage costs. However after the initial reply to a question I had the communications stopped and so I opted to go to Parasitevet. The level of customer service is very high, and would recommend them. I received my report at 6pm on a Sunday !!
