My dog is very nervous of the vet, but the receptionist and vet were so kind and understanding. The examination was very thorough and the advice I was given was excellent.

Jessie can say it for me. She has always before trembled and refused all treats when at the vets, but yesterday she was perfectly calm and relaxed accepting all the treats offered. She gives it 10/10! R H Brindley. (New client.)

I brought along my cat Angel yesterday to Clevedon practice. Your receptionist was absolutely charming , we were so welcomed. Susie was the vet who attended Angel, nothing was too much trouble. Angel was very happy for Susie to examine her. It really helps that Vale Vets have a practice in Clevedon, in the heat of yesterday and one crying pussycat in the car. It would have been a nightmare travelling to Portishead. The diagnosis and medication and a five minute car journey, was the icing on the cake. Thank you Vale Vets Sheila Magson.

they were super helpful from the minute that i’ve gotten into contact w them. i’ve called and asked for advice and they’ve done nothing but given me such good advice on top of what i’ve asked for. when i called w concern, they immediately booked me in on the same day. they welcomed me in, were super helpful and reassured me, they handled my little kitten with care. they were really sweet, and i’m glad that i’ve chosen them to be my kitten’s vet!

I don't leave many reviews but I was so impressed with our visit to the vet yesterday that I have to do it. Marina the lovely vet was very knowledgeable, informative and took time to make sure we were able to make the best decision about the course of treatment for our dog.
