Amazing vets. I booked a consultation with Philip after calls with him. I went in thinking I needed to go for X-rays and really worried but I left with a clear understanding on what my situation is with my GSD. They treat the animal, not aim for money. Such great staff as well. Totally understanding with my dog howling the whole place down haha

We have just registered our four cats with Your Family Vets after popping in and meeting Phil and his lovely team. It was like coming home. After being looked after by Ron Lowe for over twenty years, he retired and Ashleigh Vet Clinic was no more. We then tried one of the corporate vet practices and, while it was OK, it never felt the same as the warm, friendly, truly caring team we'd been used to with Ron...until now. We've just been and introduced our newest family member for a check up and the feeling was one of a team that will always be there to support you, and to care for your pets as if they were their own. For the first time in a long time we're comforted to know that our feline family will truly get the care they deserve. Thanks Team!

Fabulous team! I use Your Family Vets for both my cat Millie & Dog Margot. The whole team are fantastic with both! Margot absolutely adores Dr Phil & the team & she will actively seek to walk up the drive to the practice on walks despite having had procedures & a spay performed there. Millie is a super anxious cat & a visit to the vets always brought stress & anxiety for us both. Now Millie is relaxed & calm attending appointments due to the relaxed, calm approach by the team. The appointment wasn't rushed & Phil took the time to gain Millie's trust. We have taken advantage of the plan for both & definitely recommend it! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the tream & you're always greeted with a warm welcome.

What’s a lovely, caring service from this independent veterinary. From the first conversation I had with Mel in the morning to meeting Mel and Fran in the evening. The process was smooth and quick. The information I was given was excellent and reassured me that Tilly was in very good hands. The check-up and diagnosis were exemplary. I cannot recommend this veterinary practice enough; luckily, we’re registered, but get in quickly, before their books are full.

I popped in on the look for a new vets for my old boy, was greeted with kindness, compassion and understanding. Booked my boy in for a health check and it was such a positive experience for him. From walking him in the door he was shown affection and fuss on his terms, in the consultation room I felt like we were listened too and not judged. Just a positive experience overall.

We're newly registered with Your Family Vets and we're so impressed with them so far. Our first appointment, all of the team were so lovely, to us and our puppy. We were immediately put at ease and felt taken care of, which meant alot for new puppy owners. Dr Phillip was so generous with his time and gave us loads of advice. We've needed to book another appointment for our pup's symptoms and it was easy to get an appointment and send through photos to their whatsapp service. I would definitely recommend if you want a caring vet, with lovely staff and very easy admin and services!

Visited Your Family Vets whilst on holiday in Knaresborough. From the first phone call through to the diagnosis and intervention, the staff were kind, professional and animal centred. Our dog Hetty becomes fearful at the vets but Dr Phillip Simon and his team were empathetic, calm and worked with Hetty and her challenges. We can't thank Your Family Vets enough for such a positive consultation which we will follow up before we leave. Wish we had these vets in our home town. 🌟 If you are seeking a thoughtful, accommodating and professional veterinary practice look no further. 👍
